Jay Khang

Founder / Chief Strategist

Jay has been a university admissions specialist for 18 years, currently serving as Director of College Counseling at Willows Preparatory School in Redmond, WA.

Having managed US-bound college consulting programs on 4 continents, Jay particularly specializes in empowering students who do not have access to meaningful developmental opportunities, primarily due to international backgrounds.

With a professional background in business and media broadcasting, Jay utilizes his convincing, versatile storytelling skills to help his students create impactful narratives and develop content to effectively deliver intended messages throughout their college application portfolios.

Emma Pruett

Emma earned her undergraduate degree in education from UC San Diego and did her masters in Education, Learning Sciences and Human Development from UW Seattle.

A meticulous planner and versatile educator, Emma excels not only in instilling superb executive functioning soft skills, but also in strategically supporting long-term growth.

With active, ongoing field experience as a learning specialist, Emma focuses on ensuring that every student responsibly execute their plans and confidently reach their goals as they navigate K-12 and pursue higher education.
